These last weekends have been busy for me. I’ve been holding my new listing in Kensington open. Holding an Open House is like having a little party. No food, or alcohol to break the ice, but no shortage of topics of conversation. I’ve discussed the local schools & neighborhood, flow of traffic, commuting convenience, walk score, recreational opportunities and more. Sometimes these questions aren’t easy to answer if the answers are, well, not so great; but this house, with so many positives, is really fun to talk about.
